Ride together, raise more, and inspire change
Organizing a team is your chance to rally friends, family, and colleagues around a shared mission—to inspire, support, and challenge each other to ride farther and raise more for a future without cancer. Whether it’s riders, virtual fundraisers, or volunteers—there’s no limit to the impact you can create.
Every team gets its own personalized page to share your story, upload photos, and showcase your mission. Create your unique URL, tagline, and even a QR code to rally support. Together, we’re building something bigger than a ride—we’re building a legacy.
As a rider, your mission is clear: join a team and help push the needle toward victory. Every mile matters.
Now let’s hit the pavement and make it happen!

Team FAQs
What is a team?
We all have a reason to join the team to end cancer. Fundraisers come together as a team to ride and raise critical research dollars, often in honor or memory of someone special or to build camaraderie, wellness, and support of a mission. Teams can be made up of family members, friends, and colleagues, and can include riders of all distances, volunteers, and virtual fundraisers.
Fundraisers can choose to join the team as a rider, volunteer, or virtual fundraiser. In addition to the individual rider fundraising page, a team profile page allows your team to highlight your motivation for fundraising to end cancer.
How do I create a team?
You can create a team during the registration process. After creating a login, select your participation type and role, then choose “Create a Team.”

How can I join a team?
To join an existing team, follow the prompts during registration. After creating a login, select your participation type for the event. Under role, select “Join a Team,” which will bring up a search area and a team list to select the team you wish to join.

Can team donations be accepted?
Yes, donors can donate directly to a Team’s fundraising efforts. To do so, click here and search for the team name. Select Donate Now to support a team on the list.
How many Captains can lead a team?
Team Captains can assign Co-Captains to increase involvement and assist with captain duties. A Co-Captain has many of the same abilities as a Captain, such as emailing the team and editing the team’s fundraising page. Team Captains can assign as many team members to the Co-Captain role as they would like. While Co-Captains have many of the same abilities, only Team Captains can edit the team roster (e.g., assigning roles or promoting members) and will receive team-related notifications.
What tools do you provide for Team Captains?
Team Captains are key to the success of Audaxity! Captains lead, galvanize, motivate and organize their team members, pushing them to create real impact through the funding of critical cancer research.
We offer Team Captains a variety of resources to help them succeed, from our online Team Resources, plus trainings and tutorials tailored to their needs.

Can team fundraising funds be shared?
The team’s general funds may be shared among individual members who still require funds to reach their minimum fundraising commitment.
An individual team member’s funds in excess of their minimum fundraising commitment may be transferred to another team member who still needs additional funds to reach their minimum fundraising commitment.
A Team Captain must submit a request. All requests to share funds in either of these scenarios MUST be completed by the team captain at least one week before the fundraising deadline. Please talk to your team captain if you are interested in sharing funds.
Can I be a member of more than one team?
Participants can only join one team, as their fundraising adds to their team’s total.
