Every Dollar Raised Fuels Critical Cancer Breakthroughs.
We started Audaxity with the idea to unite Milwaukee and the surrounding region through a radically fun event that fosters lifelong connections, advances ambitious goals, and raises millions for cancer discoveries right here in Wisconsin.
Thanks to support from Audaxity’s sponsors, 100% of participant-raised funds go directly to driving promising breakthroughs at the MCW Cancer Center. Collaboration between the Audaxity team and Cancer Center leaders ensures every dollar is used for projects and initiatives that will make an impact.
Our goal for the inaugural ride is to build a relentless community of riders committed to ending cancer, while creating an event that is unforgettable, entertaining, and deeply meaningful. Our ultimate mission is to end cancer—but along the way, we’ll celebrate every milestone that keeps us rolling toward a brighter future.

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) Cancer Center is part of a leading academic medical center pedaling hard to pioneer major cancer discoveries in immuno-oncology, precision medicine, genomics, early cancer detection, cancer survivorship, and more.
The MCW Cancer Center serves all of Eastern Wisconsin and beyond, offering more than 220+ active clinical trials, the largest in Wisconsin, for the region’s 3.4 million residents. The Center is also home to more than 650 cancer researchers, faculty, and staff, who are among the top 5% worldwide and published in leading medical and scientific journals for their knowledge in cancer research and therapeutics.
While the discoveries made at the MCW Cancer Center begin in Wisconsin, their impact extends far beyond, transforming cancer care and improving lives across the US and the world. As a major collaborator within the National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated network, the Center works with 65 other leading U.S. cancer centers to co-author research and pioneer discoveries. By leading and participating in multi-site clinical trials, MCW researchers contribute to therapies and innovations that benefit patients in all 50 states and worldwide, underscoring the Cancer Center’s role in shaping the future of cancer care internationally.
When you support the MCW Cancer Center, you make it possible for breakthrough cancer treatments to be offered for patients at its clinical partners, Froedtert Hospital, Children’s Wisconsin, and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. These innovations not only improve outcomes for the more than 7,000 cancer cases treated by the MCW Cancer Center each year but also contribute to therapies and approaches that can benefit patients worldwide. The MCW Cancer Center is one of just 32 top U.S. academic medical centers recognized as a National Clinical Trials Network Lead Academic Participating Site by the NCI, further expanding its reach and impact.
Every dollar raised by Audaxity goes directly to drive groundbreaking cancer research at The Medical College of Wisconsin, sparking discoveries and innovations that ripple across the globe to improve health for people everywhere. These funds enable the development of institutional research grants for cancer investigators to pilot the latest ideas and technologies, advancing cancer care on a global scale.
