Stocks, Donor-Advised Funds, IRA, and Planned Giving
Yes, we can accept donations of stock or donations from donor advised funds.
To best facilitate donating from a DAF, use the following steps:
1) Initiate the donation to The Medical College of Wisconsin from your fund account using MCW’s tax ID, 39-0806261. Please note Audaxity and the fundraiser or team name you wish to donate to in the memo line of your fund request.
2) Send an email to info@audaxity.org with the name of the donor, the name of the recipient, and where the funds are coming from (ie Fidelity, Schwab etc).
3) When we receive the donation, the appropriate fundraiser will be credited on their donation page.
